Junior Business Analyst in Euroizol

EUROIZOL is a leader in the field of distribution of building materials in Ukraine for 33 years. We work in the B2B segment, cooperating with construction companies, contractors and developers. Our products are in demand, distinguished by quality and presented exclusively. 

Main duties:

Active participation in the project of implementing the new Odoo ERP system: collecting requirements, testing functionality, participating in data migration. 

Collection, analysis and documentation of customer requirements (interviews, workshops, questionnaires). 

Description of business processes (As-Is / To-Be) using BPMN

Formation of technical tasks for developers (User Stories, Use Cases). 

Participation in testing (checking the compliance of the developed functionality with the requirements). 

Support for internal project documentation (SharePoint, etc.). 

Participation in project meetings and communication with the team. 

Needed skills and qualifications:

Higher education or final year student (economics, business analytics, IT, management). 

Basic knowledge of SDLC and the role of a business analyst in projects. 

Knowledge of BPMN, UML or other notations. 

Understanding the principles of describing business processes. 

Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; preferably - Microsoft 365, Share Point 

Analytical thinking, attention to details. 

Communicativeness – the ability to collect requirements from users

Proficient command of the Ukrainian language, preferably English

Desired requirements:

Experience in writing technical or project documentation. 

Participation in projects (educational, internship). 

Basic knowledge of ERP systems
