We are looking for business analysis specialist, and we do not necessarily need a ready-made business analyst. We are looking for you if you already have a deep understanding of internal banking processes - perhaps you work in the back office, serve customers in a branch or are engaged in software support or have completed specialized courses and are looking to start a career as a business analyst.

Location: Kyiv, str. Sim'i Brodskyi, 31/33
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00.

Key tasks:

Conducting business analysis for the development and modification of banking products for legal entities.
Analysis and processing of applications from divisions regarding the improvement of automated banking systems (ABS).
Participation in functional software testing.
Interaction with customers, developers and third-party organizations on the implementation and development of information systems.
Preparation of informational materials, official memos and other internal documentation.
Training bank employees to work with new and updated systems.

For this role you need:

Higher education.
Analytical thinking: the ability to ask questions, identify problems, analyze, compare, synthesize and evaluate information.
Experience in the field of business analysis in banking or IT sphere.
Completed specialized courses will be an advantage.
Skills in information analysis, results and quality orientation.
Proactiveness, sociability and ability to work in a team.
