Junior Business Analyst in IT-Enterprise

Our expectations

• Experience as a business analystfrom 6 months to 2 years.

• Basic understanding of work logic CRM systems.

• Skills of collecting, analyzing and describing requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria).

• Ability to create process diagrams (BPMN/UML).

• Understanding the software development life cycle (SDLC), preferably experience in Agile/Scrum.

• Work with Confluence / Google Docs, task management in Jira or analogues.

• Ability to test implemented functions (business review, smoke-testing).

• Analytical thinking, attention to details, systematic approach.

• Ability to effectively interact with business and technical teams.

It will be an advantage:

• Experience of participating in projects to implement or support electronic document flow / CRM.

• Knowledge and experience of working with KEP, electronic signature, Action, M.E.Doc.

• Business analysis courses or certifications (IBA, BA School, Prometheus, etc.).

Functional tasks

• Business process analysis and formalization requirements.

• Creating and maintaining documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, process diagrams).

• Communication with customers and technical teams to clarify requirements.

• Testing the implemented functionality for compliance with requirements.
