Junior Business Analyst in Delta M, TOV, Grupa kompaniy

Delta M is a product IT company that is part of the international Delta group of companies M Group. We have been successfully working on the markets of Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Poland for more than 18 years. Our products, Delta M. CRM and Delta Tel, are used by more than 100 banking and financial institutions in 17 countries, managing more than 30 million records.

Due to business expansion, we are looking for a Business Analyst for the IT department!

Primary responsibilities:

• Analysis of customer needs in the automation of business processes (CRM, IP-telephony) and their consolidation.
• Preparation, agreement and adjustment of technical terms of reference (TOR).
• Organization of effective communication between the customer and the development team.
• Customer support at all stages of development: from gathering requirements to warranty support.
• Participation in testing implemented solutions (User Acceptance Testing - UAT).

Requirements for the candidate:

Required:

• Experience of working as a business analyst and creating TOR.
• Sure knowledge of SQL, BPMN, UML.
• Practical experience of working with RESTful API.

• Use Case and User Story skills.
• Experience using tools for creating diagrams (Lucidchart, Visio, Draw.io).
• Ability to work with task management systems (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication skills, ability to facilitate meetings and resolve conflicts.

Would be an advantage:

• Knowledge of OpenAPI specification 3.0.
• Understanding the specifics of the financial sector (banking, debt collection, telemarketing).
• Knowledge of prototyping tools (Figma, Axure, Balsamiq).
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level.
