Main duties:

• Identification, analysis and coordination of requirements with the customer;
• Formalization of requirements, writing technical specifications and presentation of tasks to the development team;
• Support of software development (interaction with designers, developers, testers);
• Acceptance of completed works, testing and presentation of the developed functionality to the customer;

• Writing documentation and instructions for the developed functionality;
• Consulting users on working with the system;
• Fixing and supporting bug fixes.

< strong>We expect from you:

• Understanding of the software development process (SDLC);
• Experience of participating in the development/improvement of software as a tester or technical consultant support from 1 year.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of SQL queries;
• Skills in working with Postman.
