Junior business analyst in PepsiCo

In Ukraine, the company has three enterprises: two production complexes in the Mykolaiv region for the production of snacks and drinks, and a milk processing plant in the Kyiv region, which currently produces baby food, dairy products and juices.  

The company occupies a leading position in the market of juices and juice products with the "Sandora" and "Sadochok" brands. The company's portfolio includes carbonated drinks Pepsi, 7UP, Mirinda, cold tea Lipton Ice Tea. On the snack market, the company is represented by Lay's, Cheetos, Doritos, and Khrumteam brands. PepsiCo in Ukraine also occupies a strong position in the market of dairy products with the brands "Chudo", "Slovyanochka", "Mariyka" and baby food "Agunya".

Wishes to candidates:

• Customer service oriented with problem solving skills
• Ability to create\customize\maintain interfaces for solution integration
• Basic knowledge of Transact SQL
• Basic knowledge of XML (reading, creating)
• English - intermediate level

• Knowledge of scripting languages ​​(Python, JS, Batch, Terminal\Powershell, etc.) will be a plus

• Basic 1C development skills will also be an advantage
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM, continuous improvement methods.
• Conflict management, stress resistance
• Problem solving skills and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Tasks you will face:< /strong>

• Support of integrations with ERP systems of our distributors (data exchange, data quality)
• Support of the SFA system in the context of user support and incident handling
• Business analysise-requirements and writing technical specifications for developers and functional testing
