Functional duties:

• ensuring the necessary dynamics of brand demand with the aim of increasing the number of UF-dependent customers according to business goals;
• increasing the number of UF-dependent customers for trusted brands;
• achieving the planned indicators of the number and loyalty of Customers for trusted brands;
• developing marketing strategies of Brands and including them in the general and local promotion plans of the presence markets;
• formation and implementation of a set of marketing activities with the aim of forming the necessary demand dynamics of Local CR;
• planning and implementation of the budget to achieve the planned indicators of speed and value of customer development for trusted Brands;
• development of National opinion leaders for brands with the aim of increasing sales and strengthening trust to the Corporation (forming a positive Brand image);
• development and implementation of the general promotion plan;
• generation and compliance of customer development scenarios (Customer Journey) with business goals;
• analysis competitive market with the formation of conclusions and recommendations to increase sales;
• training and knowledge control (on products, promotion strategies);
• providing feedback from the client to the company and vice versa ;
• provision of promotional materials for the implementation of marketing strategies in the markets of presence;
• adaptation of the brand strategy in accordance with the needs of the market in the territory;
• generation of content for relevant communication channels with Customers (F2 °F, MCM);
• implementation of best practices in the countries of presence.

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher medical and pharmaceutical education;
• understanding of the basics of marketing, knowledge of the structure of the pharmaceutical market;

• confident PC user - Power Point, Excel, World, Outlook, 1C (preferred);
• ability to use analytical programs, draw conclusions;
• understanding of the need to involve an external service in product promotion;
• positive thinking, excellent communication skills, necessarily - the ability to think outside the box, creatively;
• level of English - < b style="font-weight: 700">Intermediate.
