Responsibilities: analysis and forecasting of the development of the market situation and sales volumes by category and sales channels; formation of an assortment matrix by categories and sales directions; work with R&D direction by category, formation of launch schedules, evaluation of their effectiveness; participation in formation/coordination of prices for a new assortment; participation in planning of target indicators for marginal profit for new projects; formation of a plan of marketing and advertising activities, evaluation of their effectiveness. Requirements for the candidate: work experience in the position of a marketer , junior manager; higher education in marketing or economics; command of the English language (intermediate level) is desirable. Personal qualities: the ability to effectively analyze large volumes of information, form a holistic understanding of the situation, identify patterns; the ability to think logically, clearly structure information, find cause and effect connections; purposefulness and ambition; ability to work in a team.
