Junior Billing Support Agent in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a Billing Customer Support Specialist to communicate with our users via e-mail and help them resolve any billing issues they may have. cancellation of subscriptions, refunds;— Follow all necessary instructions to provide quality services;— Solve tickets through Zendesk;— Work on a 3 by 3 schedule. What skills are required:— Knowledge of the English language: Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1);— 6 months+ of work experience in customer support or billing support teams; — Will be a plus: experience with payments.
