Junior Beta-Test Coordinator in Ajax Systems

R&D is responsible for the development of devices at Ajax, which consists of four departments: System, Device, Automation and QA.

Ajax is looking for an enthusiast for the position of junior coordinator of the beta testing program. Do you like structure and clarity in tasks? Do you have management experience? Do you have experience communicating with customers? And if in English? Are you ready to solve any problems?

Tasks:

• coordination of the process of issuing devices for beta testing;
• analysis of requests in communication channels with beta testers around the world (groups in Telegram, Facebook, etc.);
• communication and assistance in solving problems of beta testers;
• collection and analysis of feedback from beta testers;
• management of the software update process and replacement of device components; 
• creation of test tasks within the framework of the program, analysis of their progress;
• communication with foreign partners;
• systematization, improvement and maintenance of the beta tester database.

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• experience in management (even if it is a personal or university project);
• be able to provide correct information in a timely and qualitative manner, support communication;
• understanding of the concept of “user experience”;
• planning and organization skills. The ability to determine priorities, develop a schedule of work, follow the progress of achieving goals;
• bring every task from start to finish;
• ability to negotiate and find compromises;
• understanding the importance of maintaining databases/client bases;
• skills in Google Docs and MS Office, Excel mandatory;
• intermediate/upper English intermediate.

Will be a plus:

• experience with Agile, JIRA and Confluence;
• experience working with Database, CRM system or customer databases.
