Junior back office specialist (Sales team) - short-term contract (students, no experience) in Printec Ukraine LLC

International Group of Companies PRINTEC, a leading provider of technology solutions for the banking sector, retail business, telecommunications companies and the public sector in South-Eastern Europe, invites the position of Junior back office specialist to our sales team.

The role of junior back office specialist is operational support of sales and service processes,
 with gradual development to independent management of document flow blocks, processes and systems.

Work experience

• Desirable: from 0.5-1 year of experience in a back office / administrative / operational / support role
• Possible consideration of candidates without experience (senior year students, graduates) with high motivation for development

Hard skills

• Basic understanding of:
  • document flow (invoices, acts, contracts, orders)
  • business processes in sales / service teams
• Skills for working with data:
  • entering, checking, updating information
  • attention to details
• Confident use of:
  • MS Excel
  • MS Word
• Basic understanding of ERP/CRM systems - an advantage
  (SAP, Salesforce or analogs)

Tools and systems that will be required to work with (learning in the process)

• CRM systems (Salesforce or analogs)

• EDO-systems (paperless, Timely or analogues)
