All of our clients are foreign companies (EU/USA/etc.), so (at least) basic knowledge of English is required. We specialize in developing custom web applications, websites and browser extensions.

You will work closely with other backend developers, QA engineers, designers, frontend developers, PMs and other employees. Our PM will make every effort to make you comfortable working in the company. Our company has implemented a PDP (Personal Development Plan) program for each employee. Our full-time English teacher will support and improve your English language skills.

Test task

• It is necessary to implement a simple REST API server (1 POST and 2 GET requests), according to the API documentation.
• The company may, at its own discretion, not inform candidates of the reason for refusal and the technical details of the completed test.
• In case of successful passage to the third stage of the interview, you will have the opportunity discuss the technical details of your test task with a technical specialist.

Our working conditions

• Our offices are well equipped in case of power outages: gasoline generator, EcoFlow Delta portable power station provides electricity for devices and backup lighting, fiber optic internet provider, Starlink provides internet access. So we work stably, regardless of power outage;
• The first two months will be a paid internship period;
• The internship is paid for by a fixed monthly payment in UAH;

• Salary is calculated in dollars per hour, with a workload of 160 to 200 hours per month or more (all time spent is paid);
• In addition: the company pays Bench in the amount of 75% of the bet, payments for FuckUp - 50% of the bet;
• Peregincrease in hourly rate every six months by 5-50% (more details in the "Opportunities/Benefits" section below);
• Quarterly bonus based on project performance;
• English language classes 2 times per week (groups of two people, outside working hours);
• MacBook Pro 14/16, 4K monitor, stand, mouse, keyboard, headphones, comfortable chair, branded t-shirt and cup;
• 75% of salary is also paid for "Bench". "Bench" means waiting time - when you have no tasks and you are working on your PDP or other personal/internal tasks to improve your knowledge and skills;
• Workday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (The plan for the day is drawn up at a stand-up meeting and must be completed (taking into account common sense) during the day at control points. After accepting the work, the PM closes the working day);
• Breakfasts, lunches and other things in the kitchen by company account (coffee, tea, cookies, candies, yogurts and drinks in the fridge);

Candidate Requirements

• Experience of working on commercial projects from 1 year;
• Experience of working with LAMP/LEMP stack: PHP 7+ (preferably PHP 8);
• Experience of working with modern PHP frameworks (preferably Laravel);
• Experience with SQL;
• Knowledge of GIT.

< strong>Will be a Plus

• Basic understanding: HTML5/CSS3, Bootstrap/AMD, Javascript/Typescript, Vue/Angular/React;
• Experience writtenREST API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger/RAML);
• Ability to quickly find solutions (Googling);
• Experience in writing automated tests;
• UX experience (usability ) and interface testing.
