Junior Architect / Designer (with training) in Vereschuk M., FOP

Your main tasks:

• Development of project documentation: Creation and correction of working drawings, plans, sections and facades (stages P, RP) under the guidance of the chief architect.

• Visualization and presentations: Development of high-quality 3D visualizations of concepts and projects (exteriors and interiors).

• Design support: Selection of materials, furniture, lighting and decorative elements (drafting of specifications).

• Graphic works: Creation of diagrams, graphs, presentation albums and infographics for communication project.

• Coordination: Interaction with engineers of related specialties (HVAC, VC, electricity) to coordinate technical solutions.

• Analysis and research: Study of new trends, materials and technologies in construction and design.

Requirements for candidate:

• Full or incomplete higher education in the specialties: Architecture, Architectural Environment Design, Interior Design.

• Work experience of 6 months or more (an internship, participation in real projects or freelance work may be taken into account).

• Excellent mastery of key SOFTWARE:

  • Required: AutoCAD/ArchiCAD (for drawing), Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp or Revit.

  • Preference: 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona Renderer.

• Availability of a quality Portfolio that demonstrates drawing skills and visualization.

• Knowledge of the regulatory framework (DBN, state standards) at a basic level.

• High attention to detail, responsibility and willingness to learn quickly.

1. Competitive and stable pay: The salary level is from 27 000 to 35,000 UAH (net, based on the results of the interview and portfolio assessment).

2. Work schedule: Full time, 5/2 (Monday - Friday), from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
