Junior analyst of automated ordering systems in Podorozhnik, Merezha aptek

The network covers 2,300+ pharmacies and over 12,000 employees in all regions of Ukraine. Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Junior analyst of automated ordering systems.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• Work experience in a similar position - more than one year;
• Knowledge and working skills in programs: MS Office, Excel;
• Responsibility, attention to detail, analytical thinking.

What will be included in your duties:

• Ensuring the product renewal process;
• Monitoring and control of purchase of back orders, ensuring their effective execution;
• Processing requests from pharmacies regarding auto-order issues, providing consultations and recommendations;
• Preparation of analytical reporting on the auto-order process.
