If you: are not panicked by a large amount of information and numbers, are "you" with formulas and summary tables, know how to present information well, have a desire to develop in the field of HR and specifically in C&B, then we can consider your candidacy even without work experience. Main tasks: Administration of the benefits program (insurance, corporate and partner discounts, etc.): analysis of requests and needs of employees, consideration of the proposal of service providers, institutions and organizations, development of the program and submission for consideration by the manager; implementation and administration of the programCollection of data for the preparation of personnel reports and their preparationConduct the initial analysis of reports and design in a presentation for the head of the departmentSupport and development of relations with partners providing discounts (external and internal partners). Updating existing discount programs and searching for new ones. Updating the staffing schedule on a monthly basis. Support of contractual activities of the department, monitoring of timely payment according to agreements. Carry out the instructions of the manager to study and analyze issues related to the activities of the division and the Company.
