Ukrainian Security and Cooperation Center (UCBS) is an independent analytical center specializing in national security issues. Our mission is to strengthen Ukraine's defense capabilities by conducting research, developing strategic communications, and implementing partnership projects. 

Requirements:

• Share team values: support of Ukraine's independence and sovereignty, strengthening of the state through its professional activity.

• Higher education in the field of international relations, political science, security studies, journalism, military affairs or related specialties.

• Experience in the military department is preferred.

• Deep understanding of the context of the war in Ukraine, its international dimension and geopolitical consequences.

• Knowledge of the basics of military affairs, types of weapons, the structure of the armed forces, principles of military strategy will be an advantage.

• Understanding international politics, activities of NATO, EU, UN, international security mechanisms.

• Proficiency in fact-checking and information analysis.

Working with open databases, government reports, documents of international organizations (UN, NATO, EU), analytical publications of think tanks.

• Search and verification of military operations, defense budgets.> data, identifying key trends, regularities and significant changes in the military-political situation.

• Critical assessment of the credibility of sources, fact-checking, detection of disinformation and manipulation.

• Determining the relevance of information for specific expert comments and media formats.

• Creation of daily and situational briefings.

• Preparation of factual reports, timelines of events, comparative tables, infographic materials.

• Preparation of talking points, key messages and arguments.
