PawChamp is an international IT product that helps dog owners build harmonious relationships with their pets through training and expert support. In 2025, we became "Product of the Day" on Product Hunt, have a rating of 4.8 in the AppStore and are already operating in 8+ global markets, actively preparing for new launches.

We are looking for junior talent who wants to grow with us and use AI to make our content sound native anywhere in the world. This is a start-up opportunity where you don't just complete a task, but have a real impact on how the product is seen by users on different continents.

Your role in the team:
You will be responsible for adapting video content with our canine experts for international audience. We currently have 8+ languages in our pool, and this list is constantly growing, so it will definitely not be boring!

Challenges that await us:

• AI lipsync generation: working with videos where real people are filmed and creating perfect lip sync for new locales.
• Audio adaptation: full cycle of voice-over creation - from timbre selection to final voiceover integration.
• Linguistic challenge: check translations for nativeness and accuracy of meaning with the help of AI tools.
• Audio & Visual QC: check the quality of voiceover and how accurate the expert's gestures are in the frame coincides with the new rhythm of speech.
• AI research: we are always looking for better solutions, so you will have space to test new AI tools that have appearedare on the market.
• Keeping the rhythm: responsibility for deadlines so that our users receive fresh content on time.

Who we are looking for:

• Detail-oriented (with a linguistic focus): You like to understand the subtleties of languages through logic and analysis.
• AI enthusiast: You like to test new technologies, you know what ElevenLabs or HeyGen are capable of, and you really enjoy the possibilities of neural networks.
• Independent player: we appreciate the initiative. It is important for us that you do not just wait for instructions, but offer solutions and take responsibility for the result.
• Flexibility and drive: you easily switch between tasks, learn quickly and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment where everything is scalable.
• English B2+: your base for working with global content and software.

Will be an advantage:

• Understanding what is "laying" text (how to adapt the length of the phrase to the movement of the lips and gestures in the frame).
• Experience with any lipsync or voice-over tools.
• Love for dogs - because we make a product, which makes their life (and the life of the owners) better.
