Junior Affiliate Manager in appflame

Your project: AdConnect. It is a business that specializes in building communication platforms, as well as SaaS solutions for working with traffic and increasing user retention. Our project portfolio includes: web products in the social discovery niche, advertising network, SaaS solutions for user retention. Our products have an audience of millions of users from different parts of the world - North and South America, Europe, Australia and the list of markets is constantly growing.

As a team, we build sophisticated technological advertising solutions that everyone tries to copy (to no avail). We are a direct advertiser and have several web products in the Dating niche. We are currently looking for an ambitious and systematic Affiliate Manager who wants to grow with us, understand Affiliate Marketing and processes, scale purchasing per product and increase the effectiveness of marketing budgets, deciding independently how to spend each advertising dollar.

What will you do:

● Expansion to new markets;

● Support of existing partners, search for approaches to increase the volume of purchases for the product ( we are a direct advertiser);

● Work with marketing analytics and decision-making based on a pool of various product metrics per user;

● Work with an anti-fraud system;

● Close communication with the monetization and product teams;

● Active participation in building the processes of the new department and the internal admin system;

● Searching for new partners (webmasters) and building long-term relationships.

From you:

● Ability to self-organize and accept challenges;

● Systematic and ability to make decisions based on data;

● Ability to clearly express and argue your opinion;

● Love for negotiations and strong communication skills;

● Passion and desire to understand digital marketing independently;

● 1-2 years of work experience in affiliate or digital marketing or relevant sales experience in Ukrainian or international companies (FMCG, IT, sales, audit, finance, etc. );

● Focus on results and strong ambitions for success;

● English language — Upper-Intermediate and above.

Will be an advantage:

● Basic understanding of the Internet advertising market, affiliate marketing/arbitrage;

● Additional knowledge of one or more foreign languages: Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese;

● Marketing courses, seminars, hackathons;

● Educational programs abroad.
