Now we are looking for a  Junior Affiliate Manager to join out team.

Responsibilities:

• Support and develop existing partners
• Search for new partners to expand the partner network
• Negotiate with potential partners
• Work with tracking platforms and analytics tools to monitor traffic and conversions
• Collect and analyze data on partners
• Provide partners with necessary marketing materials
• Resolve partner issues and provide consultations
• Participate in developing strategies for attracting new partners and growing existing ones
• Coordinate marketing activities with internal departments
• Maintain and update the partner database
• Track trends and innovations in the affiliate marketing sphere for implementation in work

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing or affiliate programs is a plus
• Experience in support roles is a plus
• Understanding of how affiliate programs and CPA networks operate
• Ability to work with analytical tools
• Experience with Admitad or other CPA networks is a plus
• Proficient communication skills
• English level B2 (can write and speak fluently in English)
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• High attention to detail
• Proactive and eager to develop in the affiliate marketing field
