Recruitment stages:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position positions (administration and/or accounting)
  
• Good knowledge of English at a minimum level. B1/B2 or German at least level. B1/B2 (necessary condition)
  
• Very good analytical skills (ability to issue invoices, verify their correctness, set up transfers, check data)
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
  
• Good knowledge of Excel (intermediate level)
  
• Ability to use modern tools such as G -suite, Google Drive and/or speed of learning new programs
  
• Ability to organize work well, set priorities and multitask
  
• Proactiveness in solving problems
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  
• High interpersonal skills and willingness to support the team (including people who work remotely
