Demand for Microsoft solutions is constantly increasing, in particular in Ukraine due to the business need to abandon 1C and other Russian systems. Therefore, we are currently expanding our financial department and inviting a specialist to the position of Junior accountant.

Features of the position:       

• Accounting - in the system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. We teach this directly in the work process.
• The main geography of counterparties: Ukraine, Europe, the USA.
• The company's activities: services for the implementation of Microsoft IT solutions - ERP, CRM and cloud business solutions ( project activities) and licensing.

Your key tasks will primarily be:

• Invoicing and acts, sending them to counterparties in electronic document management systems ("M.E.Doc", "Vchasno").
• Interaction with counterparties: control of payments, mutual settlements, availability of primary documentation, reconciliation.
• Bookkeeping : keeping registers, printing accounting documents, their systematization, storage.

And in the future, together with your professional development, expand the areas of responsibility, starting with work with tax invoices (issuing and monitoring them) .

Our expectations regarding your knowledge and experience:

• Experience: from 2 years of work experience in the areas indicated above in the list of priority tasks.
• Education: full professional higher education or final courses (master’s degree).
• Professional knowledge: solid knowledge of accounting legislation and national standards of P(S)BO. It will also be an advantage, but not necessary: ​​experience in managingin Western ERP systems - Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Knowledge of languages: English - at the Pre-Intermediate (A2) level or higher, with the ability to work with documents and accounting system interface in English. Fluent and competent command of the Ukrainian language.
• Personal qualities:analytical thinking, attention to details, punctuality, sociability, openness to new knowledge.
• Career plans: desire to learn and develop in the field of accounting.
