REQUIREMENTS: —Atleast 1year ofmanagement experience, client support services. —Experience inmanaging software development projects will beabonus; -Understanding ofproject management inaccordance with the PMBOK; —Understanding ofsoftware development methodologies (Lean, Scrum, XP, Agile, Waterfall, etc.); —Good written and verbal communication skills; —Good soft skills, flexibility, self-motivation, result-focused, able towork with and stick totight deadlines; —Upper-Intermediate level ofwritten and spoken English; RESPONSIBILITIES: —Responsible for outstaff projects and clients’ accounts, leading byproject objectives; —Monitoring project schedule and budget within the defined scope, resources, and timeline; —Providing leadership and motivation ofproject team members tomeet project objectives; —Proactively identify and efficiently resolve project-related problems; —Work within the process model defined bythe organization; —Proactively communicate and report project statuses, issues, and risks. —Regular sync-ups between PMs, Sales managers, and department managers about the status, problems, prospects ofaccounts, projects, developers, and updates. —Development ofaccounts, monitoring and control oftheir status, assessing prospects, collecting feedback, prompt response torequests, feedback from clients, staffing anaccount, conducting interviews, upselling, issues oftransferring equipment from aclient toadeveloper, etc Our perks: —Covered vacation period: 20business days and 5days off —Free English classes —Flexible working schedule —Truly friendly and supporting atmosphere —Working remotely orinone ofour offices —Medical insurance for employees from Ukraine —Compensation ofpsychological counseling —Legal support —Relocation assistance
