Main tasks:

• conduct communication with clients at all stages of the project (online calls, electronic communication, personal meetings) and establish trusting long-term relationships with them;
• analyze client needs;
• solve problems arising in the process of project execution;
• coordinate the work of a team of technical specialists;
• analyze the achievement of project goals, monitor the deadlines and results of the team's performance;
• manage the strategic development of the project taking into account the interests of clients (understand business processes and clients' goals, transform goals into tasks and allocationfollow them by channels, determine the most effective promotion tools);
• manage the client's financial issues and document flow.
