What is this opportunity?
How Junior Account Manager, you will be involved in two key areas - Decline Support and Pre-Authorization Support. Your participation will help clients solve insurance issues, ensure timely payments and transparency of financial processes.

What tasks await you?
Support of the rejection department: Timely resolution of rejections from insurance companies.
- Informing clients in case of questions.
- Electronic and telephone appeals to medical institutions and insurance companies to resolve denials.
Pre-authorization department support: Sending authorization confirmations of payments to clients.
- Tracking insurance payments.
- Processing documents related to insurance payments.
- Resolving issues regarding retroactively approved payments.
- Providing assistance to institutions in solving insurance issues.
What kind of candidate are we looking for?
- English language B2+ for communication with native speakers.
- Basic knowledge of Excel is preferred.
- Experience with documents or numbers would be an advantage.
- Desire to communicate and help customers.
- Multitasking and the ability to work with deadlines.
- Ability to learn quickly and easily process a large amount of information.
- Stress resistance, attention to details, initiative.
- Written and oral business communication skills.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
