What the role is about 
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Job Posting Specialist with knowledge of the French language to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our Employer team launching in France and Germany and assist our Customer Success Management (CSM) team and Premium customers in posting jobs. This role is essential in ensuring a high level of excellence in job postings and maintaining quality information on our platform.

Responsibilities:

Job Posting:

• Support the Employer team by finding and posting jobs for companies in France and Germany.
• Post jobs efficiently, meeting daily targets.

• Assist the CSM team and Premium customers in posting their jobs with the same efficiency and quality.

   

Outreach and Onboarding:

• Conduct email outreach to companies in France and Germany to set up onboarding calls.
• Aim to book a substantial number of meetings monthly.

• Create company profiles in each market, meeting daily targets for profile creation.

   

Quality and Communication:

• Maintain a high level of excellence in the quality of communications and work.

• Ensure attention to detail in all tasks and projects.

   

Additional Projects:

• Participate in projects related to maintaining high-quality information on our platform.

   

Administrative Tasks:

• Participate in weekly team meetings and regular one-on-one meetings with the manager.
• Respond to emails, send weekly updates, and perform other administrative work. 
   

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, outreach, copywriting, recruitment or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in email communication and outreach.
• Experience with creating and managing company profiles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• French and English C1 lvl.
