Job Description | SMM Manager

Odesa

We are a company that manufactures electrical equipment. And now we are looking for an SMM Manager who knows how and loves to generate ideas, create modern, stylish and effective content for the company's corporate pages.

Duties and scope of responsibility:

• creation and coordination of the content plan for social networks (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok);
• creative creation and social media management. networks in a corporate style;
• writing short texts for posts within the "tone-of-voice" framework of the company;
• creation and launch of targeted advertising for social promotion. networks;
• analysis and implementation of new ideas for channel improvement and promotion in Telegram.

Requirements for the candidate:

• experience with social network accounts - from 1 year;
• ability to work with photo & video/graphic editors (Figma, Canva, etc.);
• knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate (B1) level for writing posts;
• the ability to set clear and understandable technical specifications;
• knowledge of Meta, Telegram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Youtube work algorithms;
• high level of self-organization and planning.

Will be a plus:

• experience in organizing events and creative gatherings;
• experience with ClickUp and analytics;
• experience of running a YouTube channel
