Java Technical Lead

Job Details: Our client is searching for a Java Technical Lead to lead a team of developers and produce innovative solutions. The specialist will be responsible for creating simple and effective solutions to complex problems and managing the development team, helping to resolve internal conflicts.

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing innovative and straightforward solutions to complex problems
• Leading the team of developers and helping to resolve internal conflicts

Technical Requirements:

• 10+ proven knowledge of Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, SQL, and Linux
• Experience with microservices
• Proven track record in a lead or architect role
• Ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects
• Good skills and knowledge in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Higher education degree (mandatory)

Location Requirements:

• Location: Remote work from Poland only. Candidates must be located in Poland and perform their work from this location throughout the entire contract. Working outside of Poland is strictly forbidden.

Project Details: The Java Technical Lead will lead a team of developers and help produce innovative solutions for the client. 

Technical Verification:

• 2 - 4 steps, including technical verification, live code challenges, etc.
