Integrity Vision is a Ukrainian IT company that is included in the TOP-5 system integrators of Ukraine.

We are looking for a person who will:
• manage a team of backend developers (distribution of tasks, providing support and explanations to team members, validation of development results);
• understands the general concept of system development and the formation of a strategy for the development of its backend component;
• participate in the formation of the system's product backlog, participate in the prioritization of the system's functionality depending on its current and prospective technical capabilities;
• will take an active part in the formation of the technical backlog of the project and its management;
• implement best development practices on the project;
• mentor team members and engage in their training;
• participate in presale activities and project evaluations.

You are suitable if you have:
• strong knowledge and experience in the development of enterprise-level java applications from scratch and their further support (SpringBoot , JPA, Spring-security, RabbitMQ, Maven, preparation of units and integration tests, Git);
• strong knowledge of the principles of operation and skills in the design of web systems, distributed systems, monoliths and microservices. The ability to choose the right decision based on real needs;
• understanding of the principles and skills of working with Gitlab CI;
• solid knowledge in working with containerized applications (docker, Dockerfile, docker-compose, Kubernetes) and their installation order and options;
• solid skills in working with PostgreSQL and Oracle databases;
• solid knowledge and skills of building message-driven and event-driven applications;
• skills in working with ElasticSearch;
• project documentation skills in Confluence, Git (markdown);
• backlog formation skills and task management in Jira (for maintaining the technical backlog of the project).

Will be a plus:
• development skills in BPMS business process management systems;
• skills in developing Kubernetes manifests and helm charts.
