The platform is built on big data architecture, is highly scalable and cloud-ready. It enables advanced analytics, customer reporting, regulatory compliance, surveillance, supervisory reporting, and data flame solutions. Project technology stack: Java, Scala, Spring, SQL, Kafka, Hadoop. We are looking for a strong Senior Java Developer who can work in a team, mentor team members, communicate with stakeholders and take responsibility for the entire team and the deliverables of the assigned activities. The role of the Technical Manager involves working with strong teams of developers (2 Senior Java developers, 2 Regular Java developers), the opportunity to work with big data, increasing knowledge in this area, using the resources of an international bank. Responsibilities: - Analysis of existing systems , which will be replaced by a new solution.- Design and architecture of a new platform.- Development of components to support existing functionality.- Creation of components to implement new business requirements.- Optimization of scalability and performance.- Integration with various external data sources (Storm, JDBC, KDB+, websockets, REST services, flat files).- Team management. Mandatory skills:- Experience as a Tech/Team Leader.- Development experience with expertise in the following:- API design and creation (Java);- Side development server or backend in Java; - Core Java; - Java collections and multithreading; - Memory management in Java; - SQL databases (writing stored procedures, designing table schemas). - Understanding distributed systems. - Understanding CI/CD workflow .- Linux- Demonstrated problem solving skills.- Enthusiasm and proactive approach with willingness to learn.- Candidate is expected to be dynamic and flexible with a high energy level as this is a demanding and fast-paced environment.
