What you'll do: Develop an Engineering approach for features, fancy time steps needs, and identify gaps in functionality or area for risk implementation Make build vs buy and other architectural decisions including system design, selection of external libra projects: set technical vision; define, divide, and assign tasks and workstreams; provides direct resolution of technical roadblocks; and support work is performed in the Mentor plan and is aimed at developing through collaborative design, pair programming, and code reviews Used as a senior technical voice and provides qualification in cross-functional execution. architecture briefings, demo setup and execution, and data modeling for our executive and sales teams.

What you’ll need: 

Requirements: 

- 6+ years of commercial experience in Java development including Java 8; 

- Professional as Team Lead at least 1-2 years 

- Experience with Spring (IoC, Boot, Data, MVC, AOP, Security); 

- Experience with SQL and JPA/Hibernate; 

- Experience with REST web services; 

- Integrations experience with different systems as CRM for example; 

- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery; 

- Docker; 

- JMS; 

- Microservices; 

- Experience with AWS; 

- Experience with NoSQL.

- Significant back-end programming experience with Java and Java Persistence API (JPA) 

- Experience evaluating new technology for business relevance and viability Strong organizational tendencies to manage multiple goals over time and develop high-quality projects based on discussion comments 

- Clear verbal and write concepts and ideas with teams and cross-functional partners Intellectual curiosity and ability to identify knowledge gaps, learn quickly, and adapt to evolving technologies
