Java Lead Developer

Lead Developer As the Lead Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications and mobile applications. You will also be responsible for guiding a team of developers, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the quality and delivery of the projects. You will collaborate with other team leads, project managers, and stakeholders in an agile environment. Responsibilities Design, develop & maintain web applications using Java, Angular, and other modern technologiesIntegrate with back-end services using RESTful APIs, JSON, etc. Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end test scripts. Manage DevOps CI/CD pipeline in Azure Troubleshoot and debug issues Optimize the stack for performance, security, and scalability within new projects and existing code Follow best practices and coding standards Document code and functionality Lead a team of developers, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure the quality and delivery of the projects Collaborate with other team leads, project managers, and stakeholders in an agile global environment Required Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field 5+ years of experience as a back end/full stack developer Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot and other modern technologies Experience with databases such as Postgres, MongoDB, etc. Experience with version control tools such as Git, etc. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, etc. Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. Proficient in communicating in English with customers and global teams
