- Most projects are carried out long-term and remotely. We take care of our relationships and the possibility of regular meetings for integration or thematic meetings (including Mexican evenings). We also try to engage in charity events.
- In our daily work, we focus on honesty, trust, cooperation and good relationships. We work in smaller teams with diverse seniority.
Recruitment process:
It consists of 2 stages :
- Short ( about 20 minutes) telephone conversation with our HR department ,
- Online Tech talk with the client (about 1 hour). During the interview, there will be questions about experience and technical knowledge. Additionally, there is a technical task.

- you can join the project from October
- you have at least 4 years of commercial experience in Java programming,
- you are looking for a stable project with the possibility of development in a banking environment,
- you live near Warsaw and coming to the office once a week is not a problem.
