Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated mid-level Java Backend Developer to
join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for coding, a deep understanding of
backend systems , and a knack for problem-solving , this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend applications using Java .
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate
user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs .
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of
applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems.
• Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Java Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java, with a solid understanding of
object-oriented programming.
• Databases: Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL ) and
non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra ).
• APIs: Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs .
• Version Control: Proficient understanding of  Git .
• Testing: Experience with unit testing frameworks such as  JUnit or  TestNG .
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Microservices: Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Messaging: Knowledge of messaging queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka )
