JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Java Developer, you will develop the backend of a digital investment platform in cooperation with the best professionals from the fintech industry, as well as veterans of the investment and banking sectors.

You will learn much more than in a corporation and you will have a real impact on a critical part of the system being built.

You will create IT systems based on the latest technologies (Java 17+, Functional Java, Spring libraries).

You won't patch systems written 10 years ago without any documentation, nor will you get stuck in outdated technologies with no room for development.

We work in the scrum methodology.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Excellent knowledge of Java 17+ and Spring
• Experience with ORM frameworks (JPA, Hibernate) and databases ( Postgres SQL)
• Solid foundation in object-oriented programming and design patterns (Clean Code, SOLID)
• Proficiency in software development practices: unit testing, CI/CD, refactoring, etc.,
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Linux is welcome
• Experience in working with capital markets projects will be an additional advantage
• Hybrid work 3 times a week in the office in Łódź
