IVR business-logic developer in TELESENS IT, TOV

Telesens opens a new opportunity for a motivated specialist who wants to develop in the direction of developing IVR solutions for a large telecom project.

This is work on voice menu scenarios - what subscribers hear when they call the operator.

Development is carried out in a convenient graphical interface (GUI) using Visual Basic.

Requirements:

- logical understanding of fundamentals of programming, algorithms and conditional constructions;
- understanding of principles working APIs and JSON structures;
- practical experience writing small programs or scripts using any programming language;
- basic knowledge of Windows and the basics of network technologies;
- ability to work with customer requirements (read|refine|implement);
- attention to details, responsibility;
- developed communication skills, positive attitude and empathy.

Duties:

- creation and updating of business logic for IVR systems (voice menus) in project solutions of partner companies;
- development of user interaction scenarios in a convenient graphical interface (GUI) using Visual Basic;
- participation in analysis and clarification of requirements together with the partner's representatives;
- testing and debugging created scenarios, checking their correct operation;
- team cooperation, participation in joint meetings and discussions;
- support and improvement of already implemented scenarios as needed.

Will be a plus:

- experience in the field of telecommunications;
- experience with IVR systems.
