What is important to us?

Technical background (or knowledge in IT technologies and areas) to be able to communicate with the client in the same language.
Basic understanding of operating systems, WEB technologies, relational databases;
Knowledge of web services such as RESTFull API;
Helpdesk experience and knowledge of ITIL or COBIT would be an advantage
High level of communication skills;
Positive attitude towards people, customer orientation and ability to achieve results and goals;
Readiness for full-time employment;;
Proficiency in English at the Intermediate + level (will be an advantage);
