ITSM Application Engineer What do we offer? Market salary - fixed part + bonuses that will depend on your results;
Work in international projects;
Ability to consistently learn and develop, increase knowledge and position level;
Additional: flexible schedule after the trial period, vacation (24 days), public holidays, paid sick leave, corporate equipment, busy corporate life; What is important for us? Technical background (or knowledge in IT technologies and fields) to be able to communicate with the client in the same language.
Basic understanding of operating systems, WEB technologies, relational databases;
Knowledge of web services such as RESTFull API;
Helpdesk experience and knowledge of ITIL or COBIT would be an advantage
High level of communication skills;
Positive attitude towards people, customer orientation and the ability to achieve results and goals;
Readiness for full-time employment;;
Proficiency in English at the Intermediate + level (will be an advantage); What will be on your to-do list? Deployment and configuration of ITSM and ITAM solutions
