We are looking for an IT Workplace Specialist who on a daily basis supports our employees and takes care of the Hardware area in the company.

Scope of work

As a team, we provide the company with an IT environment enabling them to achieve their goals - from the sales department to developers. We face Hardware, Network, and Admin challenges daily on each support line (1st, 2nd, 3rd).

Atlassian, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, macOS

Challenges

The main challenge is providing our associates with the highest support standards and a reliable work environment in a rapidly growing organization.

Team

2-3 specialist

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • IT background (eg. IT courses education related to computer science or any technical college)
  • Strong communication skills (working day-by-day with internal clients)
  • Strong skills in the installation, configuration and problem-solving of a wide range of operating systems, software & utilities including operating systems (mainly macOS)
  • Solid PC Hardware skills – competent in all aspects of PC / laptop / peripheral installation, repair, parts replacement and configuration, etc.
  • Skills in the Office software (MS Excel / Google Sheets, MS Word / Google Docs; most common functions)
  • Proficient in using technology and navigating multiple systems
  • Basic knowledge of Security-related topics (good practices, security standards, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of ITAM solutions
  • Basic knowledge of MDM systems
  • Basic knowledge of ticketing systems
  • Basic knowledge from Network area (TCP/IP, DHCP, etc.)
  • Nice to have of Python scripting
  • Polish – native
  • English – advanced
