IT Systems Coordinator in Personal-tehnologiyi, PP

Requirements:

• Experience in automating and optimizing company business processes;
• Experience in developing technical tasks for business process automation (BAS system );
• Experience in creating/implementing IT systems;
• Experience in managing the IT infrastructure of the company;
• Advanced user of MS Office 365, MS Excel, Power BI;

• Skills and knowledge of administration of user workstations, Windows Server-based servers, knowledge of Active Directory,
• Knowledge of network equipment, configuration of office equipment;
• Knowledge of cloud services (Google Drive , MS OneDrive, etc.); Knowledge of the English language.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the IT infrastructure of the company;
• Setting of technical tasks and control of execution by external contractors;
• Coordination and management of IT projects with different deadlines and priorities; 
• Operation and administration experience: Active Directory Exchange Server SQL Server Windows Server, Windows Server Backup;
• Knowledge of corporate networks, including VPN, firewalls, traffic routing;
• Knowledge and experience in setting up:
• OS Windows 10, 11
• Mobile phones for Android, iOS
• Peripheral equipment (printers, MFPs)
• Telecommunication systems for conferences.
• Confident use of MS Office 365 applications;
• Knowledge and experience of Teams, Zoom, etc.;
• Ability to work in different projects with different deadlines and priorities;
