About us:We are FrostLine Design—a stable company with 10+ years in the field IT. Every day, our 150+ employees work in comfortable conditions, and we ensure the stable and fast operation of the entire IT infrastructure.

We are looking for a starter with a great desire to learn whom we are ready to teach everything from scratch > to the level of a confident administrator in 6-12 months.

What you will do:

• Accept and solve applications from employees
• Install Windows 10/11, configure workstations, connect peripherals
• Assist with accounts (Active Directory / Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace)
• Perform simple tasks with servers and backups (supervised by a senior admin)
• Learn and help with monitoring (Zabbix / Prometheus / simple scripts)

The main things we look for in a person:

• The desire to understand why something does not work, and not just reboot
• Politeness and patience in communicating with users
• Responsibility (done - reported, don't know - asked)
• Quick learning and accuracy
