Responsibilities:

• Monitor the stable work of internal IT systems

• Help employees: “Wi-Fi does not work”, “access is lost”, “the program does not open”

• Set up basic things: accounts, access, laptops

• Keep simple documentation (we will teach)

• Monitor the state of equipment and programs

• Report errors and help solve them together with senior specialists
