This role is crucial in ensuring our employees have reliable and secure access to the systems and tools they need to perform their duties efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system and network administration, with expertise in Google Work Space, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and Office 365.Responsibilities:System and Network Administration: Maintain and administer company networks, servers, laptops, and office equipmentConfigure and support networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewallsEnsure the stable operation of the company's computer infrastructure, including regular data backups and disaster recovery managementSoftware and Application Management:Manage and optimize enterprise-level SaaS applications such as Google Workspace (GSuite), Slack, Zoom, Okta, and Office 365 (O365)Support the configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of these applications to ensure seamless user experienceSecurity and Compliance:Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data and systemsMonitor and resolve security issues, including firewall configuration and system monitoringDevelop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirementsUser Support and Collaboration:Provide technical support and consultation to employees, ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related issuesAssist HR, Finance, and Administration teams with IT operations related to employee onboarding and offboardingMaintain technical documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidesAutomation and Scripting:Utilize scripting and automation tools to streamline IT processes and improve system efficiencyWrite scripts in Bash or Python to automate routine tasks and system managementRequirements:Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience3-5 years of experience in network or system administrationStrong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocolsExpertise in managing and configuring enterprise-level SaaS applications (Google Work Space, Slack, Zoom, Okta, O365, Spendesk)Experience with Windows and Linux server administrationProficiency in security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocolsExperience with cloud-based infrastructures, particularly AWS / Azure / GCPStrong scripting skills (Bash, Python) and experience with automation toolsUpper Intermediate or higher proficiency in spoken and written EnglishShow more Show less Position level Not applicable Type of employment Full-time Job responsibilities Finance and Consulting Industries Financial services and Hospitals and health care
