IT systems administrator DBA PostgreSQL (remote) in Eurosystem

Tasks: Administration of PostgreSQL databases (USA, Europe)

Requirements:
 • Work experience in areas:< br/>- administration of PostgreSQL databases
 - OC Linux at the administrator level;
 - Migrations to Postgres from other DBMS;
 - work with transactions and locks;
 - optimization of SQL queries , functions and stored procedures;
 - with highly loaded PostgreSQL databases working 24x7;
 - Configuring DB replication, configuring clustered DBs;
 - Identifying bottlenecks and optimizing parameters for DB operation ;
- Monitoring of DBMS operation. (statistics, dynamic tracing, analysis of DBMS logs)
- With other databases (MS SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL);
monitoring and proactive provision of database resource availability;
• Knowledge of the English language (technical documentation, written communication)
• Communicability, responsibility, initiative, independence.
