Necessary knowledge and experience:

• Experience configuring MS Windows 7-11, MS Windows Server 2008r2 - 2019; AD DS; DNS; DHCP; GPO; Terminal Server.
• Experience and knowledge of network equipment, construction of corporate networks and VPN (Mikrotik, Cisco, Zyxel).
• Experience of documentation and electronic document management.

It will be an advantage:

• Knowledge and experience of administration of 1C (UTP, bas), Medoc.
• Knowledge and experience of working with virtual infrastructure on VMware ESXi, Proxmox VE.
• Experience in Linux-based server administration and configuration.
• Proficiency in scripting language (PowerShell, Bash).
• Work experience with ANR Apteka system.
• Experience of working with monitoring systems.
• Experience of working with cloud services and data centers.

Your main responsibilities:

• Technical support for users in solving incidents, problems, providing advice on the use of IT systems and equipment.
• Participation in business automation projects - processes of the Company.
• Ensuring the operation of distributed network infrastructure and network equipment. Monitoring of the operation (state) of the network: active equipment, servers, network services, etc., diagnostics and determination of the type of events, and methods of solving these events.
