Functional duties:

• Support of user workstations. Configuration of office software.
• Administration and monitoring of local network operation.
• Administration and monitoring of work stations
• Configuration of software.
• User consultation on issues of using computer equipment, remote user support.
• Update and monitoring of EDS relevance.
• Update and monitoring of software operation 1C, MeDoc, FlyDoc, QdPro and a bank client.
• Working with an access control system and video surveillance.
• Data backup and recovery.
• Updating information on the website.
• Controlling the operation of the company’s communications (mobile and Internet).
• Controlling the operation of the company’s mail server.
• Controlling cartridges for printers.
