IT systems administrator in GT, grupa kompaniy

GT Group is a Ukrainian energy group of companies, a trader in the liquefied gas market, which implements infrastructure and logistics projects in Ukraine, manages a network of gas stations in Kharkiv. We have been working since 2006. The main areas of the company's activity are wholesale of liquefied gas, sale of base and industrial oils. The company's portfolio of infrastructure projects includes facilities in all regions of Ukraine. 

General functions and tasks: Administration of Office 365 and Asana enterprise systems:

• configuration
• support
• staff training

Main Responsibilities:

Configuring Office 365 and setting up process automation using MS tools and supporting continuous operations use of services

Creating goals, portfolios and projects in Asana and analytical reports on their compliance

Consulting and participating in training users to work in Asana.

Required education, knowledge and experience:

Higher education; 

Experience in administration and automation of Office 365

Experience of working with ASANA in tariff plans  Business and  Enterprise  

Experience of working with portfolios and goals in ASANA

Excellent communication skills, organization, attention to detail. 

Working conditions

Full time, working hours from 9.00 to 18.00, Saturday, Sunday - weekend.
