IT systems administrator in EPL LAB

EPL (Expert pathomorphological laboratory) is a modern high-tech diagnostic center specializing in histological, immunohistochemical, cytological and molecular genetic studies. We work on unique equipment for Ukraine, which provides a full cycle of processing and analysis of biological material using automated and digital technologies, guaranteeing high accuracy and reproducibility of results.

In connection with the development of digital infrastructure and the scaling of IT solutions, we invite to the team an IT specialist who will be responsible for the support and development of laboratory information systems, process automation and ensuring the stable operation of high-tech equipment.

Main responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure.
• Administration of workstations: installation, configuration and support of computers, peripheral and network equipment.
• Installation, configuration and updating of software.
• Management of user accounts and access rights.
• System operation monitoring, diagnostics and prompt elimination of technical incidents.
• Providing technical support to employees and consulting on the use of IT services.

Expectations from the candidate

• Higher education in the field of information technologies or related specialties.
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year.
• Desirable understanding of the principles of LIS (laboratory information systems).
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and responsibility.
• Readiness for professional development and solving non-standard technical tasks.
