We invite to the team an IT Support / System Administrator who will ensure the smooth operation of users and the infrastructure. Main responsibilities: Administration of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server (Active Directory, GPO, file services).
Network infrastructure support: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, routing, Wi-Fi.
Installation, configuration and support of office programs and corporate software.
Ensuring information security: access management, password policies, antivirus solutions.
Diagnostics and troubleshooting of PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Working with requests in the support system, keeping records of them.
Communicating with users in a clear, "non-technical" language.
Working with incidents of various complexity — from simple cable replacement to analysis of network or server problems services.
Requirements for the candidate:
Experience of working in a support service (Helpdesk / Service Desk) from 1 year.
Experience in administration of Windows OS and basic server systems services.
Understanding the principles of network protocols and infrastructure.
Skills in diagnosing technical problems and working with equipment.
Understanding the basics of information security.
Ability to clearly and clearly explain technical things to users.
