We are currently looking for a specialist who combines deep technical knowledge with a service approach to support users and the multimedia infrastructure of the DTEK corporate center. Academies.

Requirements for professional experience:

• Experience of working in large companies with a PC fleet of 1500 units or more
• Work with Service Manager System Center, Active Directory, IBM Tivoli
• Experience in technical support of TOP management
• Working with remote access tools
• Experience in serving inexperienced users, processing first-line support requests (HelpDesk) - from 2 years
• Experience in working with virtualization and cloud solutions
• Experience in working with technology Apple
• Knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals and office equipment
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware and software
• In-depth knowledge of Windows OS
• Accounting in the operational and accounting system
• Knowledge of the principles of building networks based on TCP/IP
• Understanding the principles of client-server applications in the domain Microsoft environment
• Experience with online broadcasting software (OBS Studio, vMix, XSplit)

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to users of computer and office equipment
• Connection and configuration of workplaces based on Windows and Apple OS
• Maintenance of the performance of peripheral equipment (calling a technician, organization of warranty repairs)
• Accounting of equipment in a specialized system
• Performance of "remote hands" functions for specialized IT units (video conference communication, network equipment, SKS)
• Preparation and issuance of new equipment to users
• Reporting on completed tasks in time tracking
• Support of the Crestron "smart home" system
• IT support for online/offline events and broadcasts using multimedia equipment (projectors, microphones, mixers)
• Displaying presentations on screens and projectors (PowerPoint, Adobe Reader)
