Requirements for the candidate

• Basic understanding of Windows and Linux OS

  • Installation, basic configuration, updates and support.

  • Initial experience with services (Active Directory, GPO, basic monitoring).

• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure

  • Understanding TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, etc.

  • Initial experience in configuring routers (Mikrotik or similar) would be an advantage.

• Virtualization skills

  • Initial understanding of Hyper-V or VMWare (preferred but not required).

• Script languages

  • Minimum experience with PowerShell or Bash (at the level of simple commands or scripts) preferred.

• Monitoring

  • Basic understanding of the principles of monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana, etc.).

  • Willingness to learn more detailed customization.

• Personal motivation

  • Readiness for active learning and self-improvement.

  • Responsibility, attention to detail, ability to effectively organize working hours.

Duties

• Infrastructure support

  • Regular update of operating systems (Windows, Linux).

  • Basic administration of servers and workstations under the guidance of experienced colleagues.

• Software and hardware inventory

  • Periodic checking, updating and maintenance of inventory database.

• Participation in monitoring and reporting

  • Working with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana) at the basic level.

  • Detecting and fixing minor malfunctions, reporting information to senior administrators.

  • Writing documentation

• Customer Support

  • Primary application processing (phone, e-mail, messengers, Jira).

  • Help in setting up access, installing software and solving simple technical issues.

• Update and inventory management

  • Control the installation of updates and patches.

  • Keeping a log of installed updates, coordinating with the manager to approve upgrade plans.

• Personal development

  • Continuous training in the field of system administration, networks and security.

  • Participation in internal trainings, educational projects, certification programs.
